Aluminium 7075 Angles are made from an aluminium alloy that includes zinc (5.6–6.1%), magnesium, copper, and trace elements like chromium. This alloy boasts an impressive tensile strength ranging from 510 to 572 MPa and a yield strength between 430 and 503 MPa, making it one of the strongest aluminium grades out there. It offers excellent fatigue resistance and good machinability, although its corrosion resistance isn’t as high as some other aluminium alloys.
