Aluminium 1050 Channels are made from commercially pure aluminium, boasting around 99.5% aluminium content. They provide remarkable corrosion resistance, superb thermal and electrical conductivity, and high ductility. These channels have moderate strength, with a tensile strength that falls between 60–100 MPa, and good elongation, which makes them easy to fabricate, weld, and work with cold. While Aluminium 1050 Channels are not heat-treatable, they can be strengthened through cold working methods.
