Aluminium 5005 Coils are primarily made up of aluminium (≥97.5%), with small amounts of magnesium (0.5–1.1%) added to boost strength and corrosion resistance. They may also contain trace elements like iron, silicon, copper, and manganese. This alloy, which isn’t heat-treatable, boasts a tensile strength ranging from 170 to 215 MPa and a yield strength of about 110 MPa, along with impressive elongation and fatigue resistance.
